My target time is hrs, min, sec (What's target time?) Target time is the desired time you wish to complete your race or run.
The total distance of my run is metersmilesyards (What's total distance?) Enter the total distance of your run or race here.
I want splits for every meters (What's a split?) Yours splits are your running times of predetermined increments of distance. Ex: If you want splits for every mile of a five mile run, then that means you would want the amount of time you should complete, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 miles respectively.
Put the remainder at the end beginning (What's this?) The remainder is the leftover distance if the split distance does not go in evenly into the total distance of the run. For example, if you want splits for every mile of a 3.1 mile run, the remainder is 0.1 miles. Choose remainder at end if you would like your times for 1, 2, 3, and 3.1 miles. Choose remainder at beginning if you would like your times for 0.1, 1.1, 2.1, and 3.1 miles. Remainder at beginning option may be useful when you would like to know what your time should be with exactly 1 mile TO GO in a race or perhaps 400m TO GO in a 1500m run.
